  • Where do I go to meet the boat? 

REI Boathouse @ Meydenbauer Bay Park

Bellevue, WA 98004.

 

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time at the REI Boathouse located on the southeastern end of Meydenbauer Bay Park. (left side when facing the water) *Our Duffy boat will launch on time and there are no exceptions if guests arrive late.

 

  • Where do I park? 

Enjoy FREE parking at the Bellevue Square Mall and walk, ride-share or BellHop for a short transfer to the REI Boathouse located at the Meydenbauer Bay marina. A complimentary $10 Bellevue Collection voucher will be gifted to you at the conclusion of your Duffy cruise. The Bellevue Collection voucher is redeemable throughout all retail outlets inside the Bellevue Square Mall. Plan accordingly and account for extra time to arrive timely for check-in. 

 

We highly encourage you to take a free, on-demand, electric shuttle using Bellevue’s BellHop  service from your hotel or parking location. BellHop rides average 15 minutes, so please make the appropriate arrangements for sufficient travel time. All Bellevue Lake Cruises will launch on time, without exceptions. 

 

  • Are the boats heated? 

The boats can be heated on chillier days and blankets will be provided. 

 

  • Will the boat depart even if it’s raining? 

Absolutely! The cruise will depart rain or shine. Our Duffy boat is covered, protecting passengers from rain and extreme heat. 

 

  • What happens if my cruise gets cancelled due to the weather? 

In the event of severe weather, Bellevue Lake Cruises will contact you prior to your cruise to reschedule for a future date where availability permits. 

 

  • Is this appropriate for children? 

Our Duffy cruise is relaxing, engaging, and a FUN trip for all ages, including families.  

 

  • Can we captain our own Duffy Electric Boat? 

These are guided cruises only. If you would like to captain your own Duffy Electric Boat, we suggest Duffy Electric Boats NW located in Marina Park in downtown Kirkland, WA and at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington in Renton, WA . ​

 

  • Can I bring my own wine on the tour? 

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine on the cruise for a corkage fee of $15/per bottle.  ​

 

  • Can catering be provided? 

Catering is available for the Private Tours, but would need to be scheduled in advance. Please contact  info@bellevuelakecruises.com for catering options and pricing.

 

  • Is there a bathroom on the boat? 

No. There are restrooms available at the REI Boathouse, located at check-in for their cruise. 

 

  • What is the cancellation policy? 

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy to receive a 50% partial refund or have the opportunity to reschedule your reservation. Please contact info@bellevuelakecruises.com for additional information. There is a no refund policy if you do not contact Bellevue Lake Cruises prior to the 48-hour period. 

 

  • Can I bring my dog? 

No pets are allowed on the cruise. If you have any questions regarding service animals, please contact info@bellevuelakecruises.com. 

 

  • Can we jump off the boat & swim? 

No. Unfortunately, you cannot jump off the boat and swim. We do suggest you visit Meydenbauer Bay Park before or after your cruise. The park has an incredible swimming area for visitors.

  • May I tip the tour guide? 

Yes, we have fabulous Duffy guides on-board & it’s customary to tip your skipper:).
